Terms and Conditions
All purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
It is obligatory to have travel insurance, including medical cover. You must show proof of insurance to participate in the Retreat.
The Retreat starts in Hanoi on March 8ᵗʰ 2026, and finishes in Hanoi on March 18ᵗʰ 2026. You must be in Hanoi on March 8ᵗʰ to join the Retreat.
You are responsible for booking and paying for your flights to/from Vietnam (Hanoi).
You are responsible for obtaining and paying for a valid visa to enter Vietnam (if necessary). You must have a valid visa to participate in the Retreat.
Canguro English reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or program if necessary due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen events.
We reserve the right to remove any participant for inappropriate behavior, without refund.

*If you buy the deposit ticket, your first payment is due before July 31ˢᵗ, 2025, and your final payment is due before February 8ᵗʰ, 2026. Failure to complete payments by the deadlines may result in cancellation of your ticket without refund.
